Glow By Megan Policies

Lateness
We ask that all of our guests kindly be prepped and ready to Glow by their scheduled appointment time and respect the appointments of others. Arriving late to an appointment is considered a "no show" and you will be charged the cancellation fee.


Appointment Safety
In the very rare event of situations beyond our control such as inclement weather/dangerous driving conditions you will be notified as far in advance as possible to reschedule.

Cancellations (and last minute time changes)
In order to effectively manage our business and accommodate all of our clients, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and changes to appointment time. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule, allowing other clients to book or be moved from the waitlist. Any service cancelled after 24 hour period will charged 100% of the service. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. This also applies to Gift Certificates and Voucher redemptions.

Refund Policy
All products, services, and packages are final sale. We will not be held responsible for improper aftercare. Instructions are on the website, as well as verbally instructed during your session. If you believe there is an issue or concern with a tan, contact me within 24 hours of your appointment time.

 
Booking
Call 631-855-0826 or book online using the Book Online button at the top of the website. If you see a time/date that is unavailable please utilize the Waitlist option on the booking site.

Communications
It's important to me to focus on the clients that are on my schedule each day without distractions. For this reason, I will respond to calls and emails within 48 hours.
