Lateness
We ask that all of our guests kindly be ready to Glow by their scheduled appointment time and respect the appointments of others. Arriving late to an appointment is considered a cancellation and you will be charged.

Appointment Safety
In the rare event of situations beyond my control such as inclement weather/dangerous driving conditions you will be notified as far in advance as possible to reschedule.

Cancellations
24 hour notice is required for cancellations or changes to appointment time. Any service cancelled after 24 hour period will be subject to 100% service cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. This also applies to Gift Certificates and Voucher redemptions.

Refund Policy
All products, services, and packages are final sale. We will not be held responsible for improper aftercare. Instructions are on the website, as well as verbally instructed during your session. If you believe there is an issue or concern with a tan, contact me within 24 hours of your appointment time.
