Lateness
We ask that all of our guests kindly be ready to Glow by their scheduled appointment time and respect the appointments of others. Arriving late to an appointment is considered a cancellation and you will be charged. Please allow extra time if you need to remove makeup, exfoliate, or use the restroom as these may shorten the length of your service.
Refund Policy
All products, services, and packages are final sale. We will not be held responsible for improper aftercare. Instructions are on the website, Facebook as well as verbally instructed during your session. If you believe there is an issue with a tan, contact me within 24 hours.
Cancellations
24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Any service cancelled after 24 hour period will be subject to 100% service cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. This also applies to Gift Certificates and Voucher redemptions.
Spa Guests
Please note that Glow is located inside the spa area. We kindly ask that you do not bring children or other guests with you to your appointment as they will not be allowed in the tanning area or the spa.
